<p>The main focus of Munich Re’s Financial Risk Division is on credit risks. The Reinsurance team is involved in the international trends of the Trade Credit, Surety, Political Risk, and Special Credit Product insurance industry. They analyze large corporate risks, credit transactions across various industries and geographies, as well as new products, markets, and developments.</p>

<p>The Surety business is dynamic and varies from market to market. The team is internationally recognized and actively participates in core functions of international Surety Associations, setting topics and driving relevant decisions. They aim to set international standards and promote innovation responsibly.</p>

<p>The Specialist for Surety and Guarantee will be responsible for analyzing Surety products across various industries, geographies, and jurisdictions, as well as complex transactions covered by Surety- and Guarantee instruments. They will also be involved in innovation projects, supporting the internal surety network, and providing consultancy to Surety insurers regarding product and business development.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate should have a solid comprehension of supervisory and regulatory frameworks, experience in credit analysis for corporates, business-level English, and at least reading competence in Spanish. They should possess an analytical mindset, a solution-oriented approach, strong team player skills, and an interest in working in an intercultural environment.</p>
