We are looking for an experienced and professional Personality to give legal Support and Advice to the internal Divisions and Management on all legal Issues

Tasks

• Providing assistance to Chief Legal Counsel under German Law for the issues related to SunExpress’s German branch

• Reporting of Legal Affairs issues to SunExpress's German branch to Chief Legal Counsel and the Management

• Supporting Chief Legal Counsel and Legal Affairs Director on legal issues related to SunExpress’s German branch under German Law

• Managing legal disputes under German Law of which related to SunExpress’s German branch

• Providing legal opinions under German Law about the company related matters upon request of the business units

• Pursuing of Ethics Committee affairs on behalf of Ethic Committee

Requirements

• Successfully completed Diploma/Master's Degree in German Law and having a lawyer’s license in Germany, and influent German law knowledge

• Professional with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in the legal department of an international company

• Strong communication skills with fluent German and English language skills

• Suitable for scheduled and unscheduled travels

• Ability to use MS Office applications

• Managerial level responsibility
